There is a choice to be located in the Maidstone Hall or the John Hendry Pavilion. Visitors first enter the Maidstone Hall which is contemporary with large windows, and this is connected to the John Hendry Pavilion by a wide linkway; this hall has a brick interior, with less natural light and is the location for the café seating area and live music performed throughout the day. We offer reduced fees for this location, which is beneficial if you wish to make a saving or your display lends itself to a more rustic setting. You can see the two halls in this video.

I/We understand that by submitting this application for space when accepted in writing by The Wedding Experience as the event organisers shall be considered a binding contract between us and the Organisers; we further understand that the Rules and Regulations shown here form an integral part of the contract.

IMPORTANT NOTE: BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR FULL PAYMENT OF SPACE BOOKED, UNLESS CANCELLATION IS MADE AT LEAST 31 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT IN WHICH CASE A 50% REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. WE OFFER LEAFLET INSERTION SERVICE IN LIEU OF CANCELLED SPACES.
